Working Principle
The valve uses the pressure of the process medium as the operating energy. The controlled pressure is transmitted to the sensing diaphragm through the sensing system. Changes in pressure cause the diaphragm to move against the preset spring force, which in turn moves the valve plug.
When the controlled pressure increases above the set value, the valve gradually closes to reduce the flow rate and lower the pressure. When the controlled pressure decreases below the set value, the valve opens to increase the flow rate and restore the pressure.
This automatic balancing process enables the valve to maintain the required pressure without external electrical or pneumatic control.
